Overview

Faber Lofts honors the history of The IDC building while reimagining it for a new generation of North Loop living. First established as Williams Hardware in 1890, the building spent more than six decades as a hub for materials, craftsmanship, and industry, stocking and shipping lumber, steel bars, blacksmith supplies, and the materials that helped shape the city. The name Faber, meaning craftsman, pays homage to this legacy of making, skill, and ingenuity. Today, its beautiful brick architecture and traces of its past remain, creating an authentic backdrop for a distinctly modern residential experience.
